  • How to claim warranty?

  • Where are Koplus products made?

    All Koplus parts and products are manufactured and assembled in-house in our factory based in Taiwan.

  • How to guarantee quality control?

    Koplus uses autonomation manufacturing process to ensure precision in our production. Final products are inspected using the MIL-STD-105E acceptance sampling standard. Our factory also passes the ISO 9001standard for quality management.

  • Is our supply chain secured?

    Koplus is an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), meaning Koplus is a party involved in the international movement of goods, in whatever function, that has been approved by, or on behalf of, a national Customs administration as complying with WCO or equivalent supply chain security standards

  • Social Responsibility

    Koplus is committed to social responsibility. Our factory is audited annually for social compliance standards.

  • Environmentally Friendly

    Koplus carefully selects the materials and manufacturing process for our products to leave as little carbon footprint as possible. Our factory passes the ISO50001 and ISO14001 standards, and our products are certified with Greenguard, Green Tag and/or RoHS.
